My Dear M & F,

Just a line to let you know I am alright up to the present except for a rotten cold. It’s rough out here now, wet and cold.

How are you all at home? Keeping well I hope.

I passed Stan Warren last Friday but could only shout out to him.

I received a letter from Arthur the other day. In fact I think I have heard from them all.

Well this is all for now. Closing with best love to all. Au revoir and God bless you all.

Ever your loving son,

Fred

Give my love to Grandmother and all the rest.
